Orders from outside the Netherlands
Warp 9 is a starting company. It was not our intention that we would have customers from outside the European Union so soon. It seems, however, that many people from outside the European Union are finding their way to our site.
If the delivery address is outside the Netherlands the following applies:
1. Warp 9 does not deliver outside the European Union.
2. Warp 9 reserves the right to refuse orders.
3. Postage and packaging will be determined after the order is placed.
4. The customer will be contacted with the total amount including postage and packaging.
5. After the money has been transferred into Warp 9's account the item will be shipped.
6. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
7. Warp 9 is not liable for any damage to the product during transportation or for the loss of an item during transportation.
8. Dutch law applies to the contract between Warp 9 and the customer.
